2. How We Use Cookies

We group cookies into two categories:

• Essential — required for the Service to function. These cookies handle authentication, session management, and CSRF protection. They cannot be disabled while you are using the Service.
• Advertising — set by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram) for conversion tracking and ad optimization. In the EU, UK, and EEA these cookies are set only after you opt in. In the United States and other regions they are enabled by default and you may opt out at any time.

4. Server-Side Data Sharing (Meta CAPI)

In addition to browser cookies, certain key events — for example a successful sign-up (CompleteRegistration) — are transmitted server-to-server from our infrastructure to Meta via the Meta Conversions API (CAPI). These events include hashed identifiers (email, user ID, IP address, user agent) along with the _fbp and _fbc cookie values when present, so that conversions can be matched to advertising activity even when browser tracking is blocked.

Server-side CAPI events are gated by the same Advertising consent as the browser cookies above: they fire only when you have granted consent (EU/UK/EEA) or while you have not opted out (US and other regions). For the full data-processor disclosure, see Section 4.1 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Managing Your Preferences

You have several ways to control which cookies SellSparkAI sets on your device:

• Cookie settings link in the footer: every page on this site has a Cookie settings link in the footer that reopens our consent banner. Use it to grant or withdraw consent for the Advertising category at any time.
• Open the consent banner directly from this page:

• Browser-level controls: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also disable third-party cookies entirely. 6. Geographic Differences

• EU / UK / EEA: opt-in required before any non-essential cookies are set. Advertising cookies stay off until you click Accept in our consent banner.
• California: advertising cookies are enabled by default but you may opt out at any time via Cookie settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out under CCPA / CPRA.
• Other regions: advertising cookies are enabled by default. You can opt out at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Re-prompt you through the consent banner if the change adds a new cookie category
• Display a prominent notice on the Service if the change is significant

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
